Phioro’s Bridal Season Inspiration

April 10, 2013

With our founder and head designer, Clare Pardoe, soon to be married in May, and the wedding season fast approaching, we are getting into the wedding spirit and sharing with you our inspirations here at Phioro.

Whether it’s your veil, dress, wedding jewellery, or even accessories such as gloves and fans, we’ve gathered it all in order to get you in the mood!

We absolutely fell in love with these dresses by Inbal Dror, the lace at the bottom and the mermaid form are so elegant. Like she’s just washed up on shore – an ethereal, almost impossible beauty.

With Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge’s inspiration on her wedding day, brides-to-be across the country are falling for full lace wedding dresses. We are so enamoured by the dress below, the perfect balance of  lace, body and form.

Back details are so in this season, especially if you have the courage to bare it! We really love the concept of the hair piece and matching ring… Perhaps that’ll be next on our ‘To-Design’ list.

We’ve recently been designing our latest collections for the new Bridal range on our website. We have several new intricate and enticing collections to share with you over the coming months. The first of which will be Ophelia, an elegant collection inspired by the delicate flower gypsophelia. Barely-there jewels, adorn your body and compliment your natural beauty with effortless elegance.

White wedding gloves aren’t a common choice, but add just incredible delicacy to your look. We especially love this style, which leaves your fingers free to slide on that all-important ring!

Phioro is often commissioned to design bespoke wedding rings, that not only fit with your engagement ring, but also compliment it’s beauty by ensuring the delicate balance between the main diamond and the style of the wedding ring.
